KVM Host/Guest folder sharing with virtio only in read-only mode

I followed these steps http://www.linux-kvm.org/page/9p_virtio and it works, but if I reopen an existing file (also with root) I get "Operation not permitted" so I can't save the new changes :(

How to properly share a folder in KVM in read and write mode?
