How can I display libvirt information in Conky?

I'm running kvm/qemu on an Ubuntu server install, and using libvirt-manager I SSH connect from my PC and can see graphs of the current CPU, memory, disk and network usage. I would like to be able to get something similar in conky. ...even just a percentage number would be great.

I tried googling conky and libvirt, but have so far come up with nothing.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated! =)
