Stuck at Boot

I Have Updated My Ubuntu from 12.04 to 12.10 there Was A Warning Someting About Graphics Than Also I Updated. After Succ Updating I Click on Restart now and Now Ubuntu Is Stucked on Boot Logo (and i am using Vmware)Please Help Me There Are Many important Doucments In That. i have Posted A Snap For The Same.Thanks
