Trusty Tahr 64bit Guest

Hi all:

Currently, I am running Ubuntu LTS 64bit as a guest on my Mac and Windows boxes. I would like to setup the new beta LTS Trusty as a guest as well. But, I want to use a 64bit version for my Intel machines.
Can I use the 64bit ones listed for AMD? If not is there a 64bit available for Intel? I can't seem to recall what I used to get my current 64bit setup.
