I'm using Ubuntu under VMWare and right after upgrading to 14.04, 3D acceleration seems to work perfectly. Everything was smooth and fast.
However, I then tried to switch the kernel and then back to 3.13.0-24-generic, the graphics now become incredibly slow. 3D acceleration seems disabled now.
Can you suggest how to fix this or where I can look into ? Thanks
