Hello.
I'm working with vmware player 6.0.2 build-1744117 under windows 7 x86.
I created a new machine with ubuntu 14.04.
I'm now trying to install vmware tools (version 9.6.2-1688356). But there is a little problem with the display.
During installation :
When installation is complete and after reboot, drag/drop and copy/paste from host/guest to guest/host is working fine, but impossible to change screen resolution.
In System Settings - Display : Unknown Display. Resolution keeps on 800x600.
What is the solution ?
