[ubuntu] Virtualbox Server network

I'm working on creating a server i'm runnig win 7 with virtual box installed and then ubuntu server 14.04 in the vm. I was trying to figure out the setting I need to set the network so that I can connect to the server from all the other computers in my network. What would be the easiest way to do this. Also what would be the most secure way to do it.
