[ubuntu] Running Dragon naturally speaking on virtual windows

Hello,
I have made a complete shift to Ubuntu. I am planning to buy a laptop in near future. Here is my requirement:

What kind of laptop should I buy to run Dragon naturally speaking(DNS) on Windows hosted as guest OS on Ubuntu(host OS)?

I am looking for the minimum specs to have this run smoothly.

Can I run a 32 bit installation of windows (7 or 8) on a 64 bit Ubuntu? DNS needs lesser specs for running on 32 bit windows.

One more thing: Please comment on hard disk, ram and processor requirements.
