Vmware Workstation 10 Menu on Menu Bar, how?

Hello!

With an unknown trick, I managed to set the Vmware Workstation 10 Top Menu to be realocated to the normal Ubuntu menu, as attached immage shows...
Now, I'm trying to replicate it on my laptop and I simply cannot remmember how I did it.
Does someone knows how to do it ?

I've copied the ~/.vmware/preferences, and it didn't work.
There are no differences in "Display" option in preferences menu.
