Using Wacom pen in Virtualbox.

Hello, I have a problem using the Wacom pen in Virtualbox where the host OS is Ubuntu and the guest OS is Windows 7. I got everything installed and that includes Virtualbox (on both OS), the Virtualbox extension pack, the additional guest package and wacom driver. The problem is that when I use the pen and selecting disable mouse intergration option in Virtualbox when running Windows, when I want to draw a line, let say on Sketchbook pro 7, the line lag by 1 or 2 seconds. But if doesn't lag if I unselect the disable mouse intergration option. However, the problem is that if I selected this option, the pen will NOTmove with the cursor and this is problametic since you never know where your brush is on the screen. Therefore, is there a way 1) to get rid of the lag when disabled the mouse intergration and 2) or make the cursor moves with the pen when such option is unselected? 3) or anyother addition things I need to download to make it work properly? I have all the requirement running the guest os and Sketchbook so I do not think that my system is underpowered.
