[ubuntu] Screen resolution

My laptop have a native resolution of 1366x768. Somehow I cannot choose that resolution for my Ubuntu 12.10 installation on VMware 5.0.

Is this an Ubuntu or VMware problem? Anywhere to "fix" this.
