Setting up Ubuntu with Vagrant on OS x

Hi

I am an absolute beginner to the whole Ubuntu scene and virtualisation software. Could you please tell me how to set up the VM on my Mac? So far I ran the initialisation for Ubuntu 64 bit, typed in vagrant up to start the VM and I found out with vagrant SSH it will link me to the box. However once I open it in Virtual Box it just says it is running and I can't see the actual OS installed. I can't click on Show.

I will be grateful for any help I can get and I apologise if Im not posting this in the right place in advance :S
