MAAS - Can power on a node using Virsh

I have a problem, when i use MAAS to my new home setup, i can't power up the virtual machine by using Virsh, its saying follow to me.

"The action "Start selected nodes" could not be performed on 1 node because its state does not allow that action."

i'm new here to use MAAS so i hope i can get help to get this problem resolved, thanks a lot :)
