The problem: When printing from a Citrix session the print is skewed to the right cutting text off the page.
Printing strictly local from Ubuntu is fine. There is no issue. The problem only exhibits itself when printing from a Citrix session.
Printer: Brother MFC-7360N
Citrix printer driver is UPD
I've connected an old Brother MFC-9700 to the system. It exhibits the same issue. I've also attempted to adjust the margins on the local printer driver to no effect.
I also do not have access to the Citrix server so I'm looking for client side solutions. I've looked at all the ~/.ICAclient config files and see no sections that pre-exist to define the printer. Could there be such a thing? This would be ideal as it would not require getting support from my company's tech support which is like pulling teeth. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you.
