[ubuntu] Had to go back to 12.04 after upgrading to 12.10

I run Ubuntu in a VirtualBox session. Worked fine with 12.04 so I upgraded. That worked but was "slow as an old dog". Not really functional. Running on a Intel dual core machine. Too many errors to the point of breaking the entire system in trying to get VirtualBox and 12.10 working. Reinstalled 12.04 and everything worked fine. I don't know what they did to the interface but it is dog slow in 12.10.
