[ubuntu] VirtualBox with public IP address

Can anybody guide me to a document how to setup VirtualBox with a public IP (IPv4 AND IPv6)?

I have some IP addresses and currently one server too less. I want to setup this missing server with the correct IP address temporary as VirtualBox.
