Quick Poll: "Virtual Networking Explained Thread"

With the Ubuntu Server 16.04 having been released within the last few days ... This LTS has changes from the last LTS: has integration of systemd, and LXD as a default package (even though OpenSSH Server is not?).

With this release, there has been an influx of threads with a common theme: virtual networking. Mostly having to do with LXC/LXD. I'm thinking if a thread explaining virtual networking on Ubuntu Server would help answer most of these questions and be a quick reference for people to check...

Basically, if I wrote something on how to setup different aspects of virtual networking on Ubuntu Server. Virtual Networking applies and is available to any to any virtual hypervisor running on Ubuntu, not just LXD. IMHO- Most the new issues are an understanding how it works kind of affair, and would be solved with that understanding. (I'm almost afraid of noting that with the new kernel, you can run an image as virtual, as a service, and without a formal hypervisor...)

So a quick tickler to see if there is enough interest here, for me to invest time in writing it up. Would this help? Would it be worth not having to say the same over and over again?
