[ubuntu] Ubuntu 16.04 runs in windowed mode in VirtualBox

Hi,
I upgraded myu VirtualBox Ubuntu to 16.04. The update crashed (as it always does with Ubuntu) but i managed to get it to work from the console.

There is a problem though - it now runs in a small window inside my VirtualBox screen:

Any ideas how this could be resolved?

Im using the latest VirtualBox with Guest additions.

Also, it does not start up properly 2 out of 3 times, screen is all colourful and messed up or the mouse does not move properly.
