[SOLVED] Virtualbox UEFI 16.04 Issue

After new install of 16.04 in UEFI mode, can't get Virtualbox to load. A conflict is stated in error msg. No issue in BIOS mode with 16.04.

Anyone have this issue, and if so, please help me out.
