I just installed Ubuntu 16.04.1 in virtualbox (host Ubuntu 14.04, virtualbox 5.0.26) and I cannot change the size of icons in the launcher, I've tried from Change Desktop Background dialog and from Unity Tweak, but nothing happens. Transparency is not working, too. It even remembers setting on reboot, but launcher size is still big.
