[kubuntu] Audio Without Spice?

Is it possible to have audio from a Windows guest VM without using Spice? I'm using a GPU passthrough and the overhead of an emulated GPU routed through a Spice channel causes stuttering in games.

I've seen a bunch of solutions mentioning editing /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf, but I don't have one.

My virt-manager config file:
Code:
