If LXD works with libvirt driver?

Hello,

I'm sorry if this topic duplicates previous but I can't find authoritative information about LXD + libvirt driver. As far as I know LXC and libvirt works together. Is it possible for LXD too? If yes - how? I'd like to have KVM and LXD on the same server.
