Synaptic error when starting

Good morning,

This time I have a problem with Lubuntu 16.04 running in a vitual machine (Oracle VM) on my workstation at work.

The last attempt to install several apps finished with a network error and now, when I try to launch Synaptic again I get the error message in the screenshot, but if I open a terminal tu run the suggested line I get an error.

I made a screenshot of this error too.
