I am trying to convert Ubuntu 12.04 Physical machine to VM through VMware converter. Conversion went smooth with no errors. When i start the VM I get the following errors, EXT-3fs (sda1): error: cannot change data mode on remount. The file-system is mounted in data-ordered mode and you try to remount it in data = writeback mode.
