[lubuntu] slow usb 2.0 speed on virtual box

hello this maybe asked million times , I searched google pretty much no solution every forum I found , I am using Lubuntu 17.04 x64 with latest oracle virtual box and extension pack even I enabled usb 2.0, I even enable virtualization , I use windows 7 x86 , when I transfer file transfer speed run around 1 mb to 7 mb, I tested with external hdd speed usually around 20 mb little higher little lower , but in Virtual box I got transfer speed around 5 and max got to 7 mb , I try to restore friend Iphone , the extraction part due the files are in the VM were pretty fast , but when restoring start I notice in performance viewer that you(perfmon) hdd load are between 768 kbps to 1024 kbps , it took almost an hour to restore Iphone , I wonder if there are way to make usb connection transfer data faster
I tried to enable I/O cache , some recommended i found online but it make even host OS lubuntu hang

cpu : mobile I5 m460 2.53 first gen intel core
ram : 4 gb 1060 mhz ram
gpu : intel hd graghic (worst GPU in history)
hdd : 500 gb 5400 rpm , ext 4 with no swap file
