[ubuntu] noVNC setup tutorial

I am looking to setup noVNC console on dedicated instance.
The hosting company is offering the console feature but it is being blocked at university firewall. However, I can access the instances at home. At university, I don't have a problem accessing console from digital ocean, Linode and Vultr. Is it possible to setup similar configuration on my instance? So, I can access my servers at the university.

accessible link at university network:
https://my.vultr.com ...
https://manage.linode....

firewall is unable to block those connections/link.
