[ubuntu] Unable to start headless mode

Hi all,

Host - Ubuntu 16.04 desktop
VM - 16.04 desktop

On normal start the VM the menu bar found missed. I need to start the Terminal to fix the problem.

-> Headless start
or
-> Detachable start

Always start Ubuntu 16.04 GUI

I installed this VM on ubuntu-16.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso
After installation I could start the Ubuntu 16.04 with menu bar displayed. But after installing the guest-addition it became to present state without menu bar
