[SOLVED] Does VirtualBox for Ubuntu12.04 comes with ExtPack installed?

I have installed VirtualBox 4.2.6 on Ubuntu 12.04 from Oracle repository as describer here. I find that USB, clipboard sharing features are working fine though there is nothing listed under Preferences-->Extensions category as shown here. Does it come with extension pack pre-installed ?
