So I'm running Kubuntu in a virtual machine, Windows Client Hyper-V. Everything going fine until I run out of space. When I restart the vm, Kubuntu loads and I get to a login screen (Plasma presents it, I guess), but after I log in all I get is the "X" cursor and a black screen. Whatever Kubuntu LTS version was available in late December, 2017, that's what I'm running. I've know way to find out for sure because I can't get into the thing now. Anybody know how I can at least boot into a command line login instead of the Plasma login? Thanks in advance.
