help me out please

hey awesome developers,
first of all sorry if i am posting it in wrong sub-forums, it will take a while for me to learn ubuntu and forums to.

i am new to ubuntu, and i am running 14.04 LTS.
i download oracle virtual machine from https://www.virtualbox.org
and then genymotion from https://www.genymotion.com
i download a virtual device of custom mobile API 19.
when i click start, nothing happens
so i opened oracle machine box which looks like this

and when i click start, it was looking like this

and not doing anything else.
android is not starting, please help.
