[ubuntu] Playing movie no image with window xp in Virtual Box

I use Virtual Box 4.12 ,I installed Windows XP SP3.
But when I use video program to play movies ,it only has voice but no image.
Anyone can help me ?
I have tried to select or unselect 2D/3D acceleration.
I have tried 3 video play programs.
