Reading and writing to Host Windows drive

Hi,

I have installed Oracle Virtual Box and have installed the latest version of Ubuntu on this.

I can see a shared Windows folder location (called 'pcdownloads') from File Manager.

But when I open the folder, I cannot copy files from or copy files to it, lack of permissions. I don't know what i'm missing.
