Installing Mobisec ISO file on Ubuntu VirtualBox

Hi,
I am trying to install Mobisec ISO on Ubuntu. This is the first time I am trying to install the virtual machine from an ISO file. I found following link:

In the storage option it says Controller IDE Empty, Should I delete IDE and select SATA

Also I dont have LIVE CD/DVD. I am installing from ISO file and it is saved on my computer's hard disk.

Please guide me what I have to do for attributes?
