MIC not working under VirtualBOX > guest OS is Win10

Hi



Any idea how fix this issue with "MIC not working under VirtualBOX > guest OS is Win10 " ?

I used host OS: Ubuntu 18.04 LTE and Virtualbox 5.2.18

So the problem is the my headset MIC ( Plantronic C320) is not working in any app under guest OS > WIn10.
But headphones OUTPUT is working fine.

In HOST OS Ubuntu > headphones MIC is also working.


Also in Pulse audio Volume control seems all good > in Record tab is setup for my headphones >Alsa Plugin (Virtualbox)

any idea?
