Ubuntu 20.04 server / KVM / How to setup OpenVswitch without DPDK

Hello Community,

I
- try to setup an Ubuntu server 20.04 with KVM
- use IPv4 to administrate the KVM host
- use IPv6 only for the VMs

I was able to install the Ubuntu server and setup KVM with
- virt manager
- IPv4
- SSH / VNC for virt manager

The 20.04 server documentation describes a little bit about OpenVswitch but with DPDK. The description about DPDK is not convincing me to use it. Also it does not show properly how to do the setup.

I had not found a good documentation how to setup OpenVswitch without DPDK.

Does anyone please has a link to a complete instruction how to setup OpenVswitch with Ubuntu server 20.04 or some information about it?
