I'm simply running Ubuntu 20.10 on real hardware, not a Xen virtual machine. VirtualBox was working fine, but just today it has decided that it's in a Xen environment and refuses to start up. I was using the 6.1.16 release from the VirtualBox site and have now tried the repo version and the latest test build, all to no avail.
I need this dumb thing working and can hardly believe that it is having this ridiculous problem. Why does it think I'm using Xen when I'm not? What can I do with Ubuntu or VirtualBox to get this working?
