[ubuntu] How do I set Ubuntu to boot from an ISO?

I am using Ubuntu 22.04 as a Virtual Machine using VMfware on a Windows 10 Pro host. I had to increase the disk size and that caused some problems where I need to use the GParted ISO to boot the Ubuntu VM to partition the virtual disk drive.

So, how do I do that?
