[ubuntu] Vbox error ubuntu virtualbox the image file is inaccessible and is being ignored

I'm using Ubuntu 22.04 up to date.

See attached pic. How to fix this error? My goal is to get my virtual Windows 10 to recognize my USB drive. I need to use Windows to install SpinRite onto a USB stik. I checked and the virtual Windows 10 is not recognizing any USB drives.

A few moments earlier I successfully upgraded VirtualBox and the Extension Pack to the latest versions.

What other info you need?
