Virtualbox Ubuntu Is Freezing!

I have the same issue, the screen freezes say 1 to 3 times per day using Virtualbox. My Host OS runs Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. I have the problem with more distro VMs and even once with a Windows VM. I switched on the Host from Wayland to Xorg, I switched off 3D acceleration in the guest, but nothing helps. I considered downloading the old Guest Additions of 6.1.40, but also some old VMs did freeze.
I'm waiting desperately for the update to Virtualbox to 7.0.6.
