Hi every6body,
I am trying to install a VM on VMWare workstion 9 of ubuntu 12.04.
When i try to install it says piix4_smbus host smbus controller not enabled. Then it will get to GUI and say that my audio device is not compatable and then crash andjust give me a black screen.
I have tryed disabling the audio device and installing but the same thing happens the only difference is that it does not tell me that it is not compatible.
I have tried googling the problem and I cant find anything on it
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Oh yeah I also tried to install xubuntu and that installs fine and runs well
