[xubuntu] Virtualbox Shared clipboard, drag & drop do they work?

I using VB 4.3.6 r91406 with windows 7 as a guest. Is the shared clipboard and drag & drop usable?
I have both set in devices as bidirectional. Is there a setting I am missing some where?
