I successfully did install Ubuntu 14.04 with guest additions and got it working ok. The problem I am having is gaining access to the local hard drive (Windows C) and my network hard drive. I can actually get into both if i first enter the command "sudo nautilus" because both drives are owned by "root". My problem is I'd like to change the ownership of the the 2 drives, but none of the methods I have read about will work. This is what I need help with. Change the owner to "michael" from "root"
