[SOLVED] VM Oracle and bootable USB

I'm a newbie to the VM thingy and have installed 4.3.18 and installed the extra pack and so on and can see my USB ports and so on.
I can not seem to get it to boot and install a ISO off the USB sticks. I can see my HD and CD/DVD but no choose to boot from USB. I must be missing a newbie thing.
