Alt-Tab inside VMware

Alt-Tab inside VMware works fine, but I don't want it to work;) I want Alt-Tab to switch between running applications inside GNOME.

So, if I'm inside the VM and hit Alt-Tab, I want to switch to the last application in Ubuntu.

I've seen some references to a keyboard setting for this, but I can't find it.

Any pointers?;)
