[kubuntu] Cant install Kubuntu 12.10 on VPC

Hi
I have Windows 7 64bit laptop
I am trying to install both Lubuntu 12.10 & Kubuntu 12.10 on Virtual PC
but for both I get these errors that i dont now how to make it work!!!
