[ubuntu] Networking issues using Ubuntu in a virtualbox (under windows 7)

Hi,

I'm currently trying to connect my Ubuntu 12.10 as a VM on windows 7 using a proxy of the company to connect.

I have tried different approaches and then I got confused, so if someone can explain to me a step by step method to overcome this would be perfect.

Trying this :

sudo apt-get update:

I got the following errors:
